An annual gathering of world-leading brands, The Gathering 2018 marked the 5th year of this unique conference staged in the unbeatable location of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel nestled in the Canadian Rockies. BRANDLIVE was engaged as strategic production partner to elevate the experience for the next chapter of the event.
The Strategy – Keep the Best, Enhance the Rest
Working within the existing layout of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel & Conference Centre, BRANDLIVE elevated the guest experience with a new LED screen to create a stunning visual backdrop for inspiring keynote speakers and the Awards Dinner.
Networking opportunities were enhanced with the introduction of the sponsored “Dropbox Lounge” which provided a space for delegates to interact and connect. “Inner Sanctums” were another new addition where attendees could meet between sessions to network, and access speakers in an intimate setting. Along with these enhancements, BRANDLIVE managed all aspects of creative event design, supplier management, venue liaison, speaker and stage management, show calling, development and execution of décor to deliver a seamless guest experience.

With over 40 speakers from iconic brands such as Beats by Dre, IBM, Reddit, Jeep, Gatorade, and Jack Daniels, the 2018 Gathering boasted world class presenters and content. BRANDLIVE elevated the guest experience to match, beginning a new chapter in the event’s history.
