For the 2018 JUNOS, BrandLIVE designed, built and operated “Let’s Hear It Live” a gathering place for fans and music professionals alike, serving as a focal point to amplify public excitement surrounding the Junos Awards’ return to Vancouver after a 9-year absence. Positioned in the heart of downtown, located on the Vancouver Art Gallery’s North Plaza, BrandLIVE designed a site that was weather-protected and featured a main stage, VIP area, experiential activations, kids activities, food vendors, and exhibitors. This transformation of a bustling city intersection into a communal music industry hub attracted both passing foot traffic and committed fans, creating a highly visible Fan Zone. Attendees immersed themselves in free programming by a diverse range of new and established BC artists, indulged in tasty food options, enjoyed licensed beverages, engaged with activations and vendors, and participated in morning activities catering to the next generation of music fans.
As the only bespoke venue crafted explicitly for the JUNOS, Let’s Hear It Live, was the hub for the Junos’ presence in Vancouver, offering fans a free, family-friendly music venue where they could share in the excitement of this spectacular experience!
