BrandLIVE has proudly been the production partner for the Beedie Development Group’s Holiday Party since 2015. This yearly event, held during the holiday season, is one of many ways Beedie acknowledges and thanks its employees for their commitment and passion for the work they do. Held at the Commodore Ballroom this holiday event transforms the venue from top to tail and provides guests an evening out that they talk about for months.
BrandLIVE starts the planning process with a new brand + logo design that complements the year’s holiday thematics. Whether we take design inspiration from the Nutcracker, Silver Bells or a Classic Christmas, we start with brand and weave that into every moment of the guest experience. From there we manage the production, site plans, food & beverage, show flow, onsite staffing and precise budget management. In addition, BrandLIVE works with our client every year to pick a super on-trend gift to order and custom wrap for distribution from the head office the week of the event.
