The Strategy
Bigger and Brighter

Since 2010, BRANDLIVE has worked with the Vancouver Firework’s Society Board and partners to amplify festival offerings each year. In 2016, festival crowds soared to well over 1.3 million across three days, thanks to an extensive 4-month media and marketing campaign promoting the Honda Celebration of Light’s unique festival offering of free family entertainment, music, food, licensed areas, ticketed venues, sponsor activations and – last but not least – some truly world-class pyrotechnic displays from teams representing the Netherlands, Australia and the USA.
An unforgettable display from the Walt Disney Company on July 30th was enough to secure the win for Team USA, watched on by more than 600,000 fans along iconic English Bay – the largest single night crowd in the event’s history!

The Impact
Going Out With a Bang

2016 was the Honda Celebration of Light’s most successful year to date, with record-breaking crowds, sold out venues, massively increased media reach and headline-grabbing pyrotechnics reinforcing its position as the Province’s #1 live event. BRANDLIVE is proud to work with the Vancouver Fireworks Festival Society and festival partners each year to evolve and grow the jewel in the crown of Vancouver’s summer event calendar.
