BrandLIVE partnered with Vancity to transform their Annual General Meeting into a hybrid experience that balanced regulatory requirements with an engaging and meaningful celebration for their dedicated membership. With just 4 months to execute, BrandLIVE orchestrated a comprehensive event strategy and worked as an extension of the Vancity governance team to help them bring the event to life. The team designed and delivered a dynamic Members Marketplace featuring carefully curated vendors pulled from Vancity’s membership, developed an innovative token-based economy for vendor interactions, and created an inclusive environment welcoming both in-person attendees and virtual attendees from participating branches across the region.
BrandLIVE managed all event logistics from venue coordination with Anvil Centre to full production, talent booking, and on-site event flow. The team integrated member artist entertainment, and designed clear separation between regulatory and social components. Through meticulous planning of the attendee journey, elevated food and beverage selections, and thoughtful environmental design, BrandLIVE delivered an AGM that celebrated Vancity’s community-focused values while attracting a more diverse, younger demographic and creating lasting memories for all 600 attendees.
