Mount St. Joseph Hospital, an early advocate for welcoming Asian patients in British Columbia, inspired the Feast of Fortune Gala over a decade ago, a gesture of gratitude from the Chinese community. Each year the gala aims is to fundraise for a meaningful hospital upgrade or improvement and has generated millions for healthcare since its inception.
BrandLIVE, actively involved since 2018, meticulously manages the Feast of Fortune Gala; featuring live and silent auctions, highly curated culinary programme, and performances by renowned Chinese artists, celebrating Chinese culture. BrandLIVE is also responsible for venue liaising, AV and main stage design, décor execution, brand creation, volunteer management, and on-site event management. With 700 distinguished guests, the gala, at the JW Marriott Parq, raises over $3,000,000 annually for Mount Saint Joseph Hospital. The event serves as a vibrant celebration of Chinese culture, with BrandLIVE contributing to the overall richness and experience through venue-wide environmental design.
